Entry Open for the Avon Closed Squash Championships

Dear County Member

The Avon Closed Squash Championships are fast approaching in the New Year.

Entry is now open for the premier event of the county season, which this year will be hosted and organised by Redland Green on the 24th and 25th of January 2026.

We are running a Mixed and Women's Grades.

There are a maximum of 48 places in the Mixed grade which would allow us to run Grades A - F.  This has been designed to attract lower level players who often feel there is no point in them entering.  If all 48 places are filled we plan to start with 3 groups of 16 (A & B, C & D and E & F) before splitting off into separate grades for the rest of the rounds.

There are maximum of 16 places in the Women's grade which would allow us to run Grades A and B. If all 16 places are filled we plan to start with a groups of 16 (A & B) before splitting off into separate grades for the rest of the rounds.

All players are guaranteed two matches on the Saturday the 24th of January.

Entry with a quality Dunlop shirt - £45

If you order a shirt you must make a payment for it. If you pay for Entry Only at £15 and indicate you want a shirt you will not receive one.
